Both. It is crucial that you select the best option so that you feel comfortable and confident when you take the IELTS test. You will need to decide whether you prefer to read and write texts on paper, or on a computer. During your IELTS preparation course with us, we will advise you further on this matter
For paper-based tests, candidates are required to sit for the Reading, Listening and Writing tests in an official IELTS test centre. Answers are to be written in either pen or HB-pencils. The Speaking test will be carried out separately with a trained IELTS examiner.
For computer-based tests, candidates are required to take the test in front of a computer with the questions shown on the screen. All computer-based tests will be carried out in an official IELTS test centre. Similar to paper-based tests, the Speaking test is not on computer but is carried out with a trained IELTS examiner
